Terms of Service

By accessing and using SynthChain's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our automation services, including custom development, consultation, and AI-powered solutions.

SynthChain provides business automation services including:

• Custom workflow automation development
• AI-powered business process optimization
• System integration and API development
• Automation consulting and strategy
• Training and support services

Services are provided by Ahmed Amine Jidar, operating as SynthChain from Casablanca, Morocco.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are subject to the specific terms of each service agreement

Custom Development: Intellectual property rights for custom automation solutions are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

SynthChain Tools & Methods: Our proprietary methods, frameworks, and general automation tools remain the intellectual property of SynthChain.

Third-Party Services: Integration with third-party services (n8n, Supabase, etc.) is subject to their respective terms and licenses.

SynthChain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

• All unpaid invoices become immediately due
• Access to ongoing services will be discontinued
• Data and deliverables will be provided as specified in the service agreement

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
